This photo of my friend Jon Waugh was taken with a few years ago in Bury St. Edmunds, shortly after he became a 1st degree (Jo Kyo Nim) black belt. Jon is now a 2nd degree (Kyo Sa Nim) black belt and an instructor at the Bury St. Edmunds school.
